Financing is paid semi-annually through an energy special improvement district (ESID) tax assessment on the building, which does not impact a company’s balance sheet. A special assessment is authorized through Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) statute, which requires local government approval.

  • Cooling tower upgrade, complete lighting retrofit, hot water pump upgrade
  • Building envelope: roof, windows, and front entry improvements
  • Direct digital controls for HVAC system
  • Air handler fan motor replacement
  • Complete cleaning and maintenance of mechanical system
  • 44.9% energy savings
  • Electrical savings: 744,000 kWh per year
  • Natural Gas: 6,233 ccf. per year
  • Projected 20-year energy savings are $2.49 million, exceeding the total project cost of $1.45 million.
