We issue tax-exempt bonds to build and maintain civic projects, such as art and cultural centers.
We analyze and evaluate civic projects and issue bonds to cover the construction costs. Revenues generated by those projects repay the bonds.
Our expertise in finance is matched only by our commitment to the community. That’s how, in many cases, we’re able to offer this financing product at a significant cost savings.
Examples of projects that received financing from other Ohio Port Authorities include:
- The Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland
- Downtown Civic Theatre, Akron
