$2 Billion Milestone in Financing

The Finance Authority recently reached a milestone of providing over $2 billion in financing to support projects in Central Ohio.

Over the past 13 years, the Finance Authority has helped finance such notable projects as Grandview Yard, Bridge Park in Dublin, White Castle, Big Lots and Rogue’s new headquarters, Gravity in Franklinton, and Founders Park in the Harrison West neighborhood. The Finance Authority team is also proud to have helped facilitate financing for affordable housing projects, including the Harlow on Main apartments in the Red Brick District, the Xander on State apartments in the Discovery District, and energy efficiency upgrades to apartments at 35-55 W. Long Street.

These projects will help Franklin County for years to come with the new development and infrastructure revitalizing old neighborhoods, offering affordable housing, and jobs. The Finance Authority is proud to provide creative and timely financing to help get these projects off the ground” said Jean Carter Ryan, President.
