The Finance Authority has published a detailed recap of our previous year’s accomplishments and partnerships. This 2024 Year in Review provides a rundown of the 23 projects we supported, including total dollars financed (more than half a billion), how the financing was used (for office and flexible spaces, affordable housing, and more), and a breakdown of the 19 developers we supported. We also provide a deep dive into our involvement with two projects: the recent modular Trolley District Apartments and the long-term Grandview Yard development.
