Questions asked with answers in bold:

  1. Should the % of time requirement for the personnel summary matrix specify the % of each person’s time they spend working on CFFA work in relation to their total workload or is the intent to allocate the work we will do for CFFA across individuals so that it sums to 100%? The matrix should be prepared based on a percentage of each person’s time in relation to their total workload.
  2. Should the proposal include 1 retainer which covers all services marked with Annual Retainer in the RFP or should the proposal include an individual retainer for each service/activity separately? One retainer, though if you want to show how certain components inform that amount, that is fine.
  3. Can we elaborate on the types of different conduit transactions and propose fees that are based on transaction size / complexity as opposed to a retainer? Conduit transactions should be included in the retainer, though if you envision a situation where additional fees would be needed based on a specific type of transaction, please list that in your response.
