Henderson Partners LLC secured a PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) loan to upgrade their multi-tenant office building at 4400 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio

4400 North High Street is one of Clintonville’s largest multitenant office spaces. To keep the facility up-to-date and improve their tenants’ experience, Henderson Partners LLC secured PACE financing to upgrade the building’s lighting, chillers, and controls.
