Project Details
- 4th and 5th will bring much-needed public parking to the heart of Weinland Park. Out of the 559 spaces being created for the 311 apartment units, 189 will be available to the public.
- The development will include 2,000 sq. ft. of inline retail space and a 3,500 sq. ft. restaurant corner anchor space.
- Amenities for the residential portion will include a 4,400 sq. ft. fitness center and a rooftop pool with 4,000 sq. ft. of entertainment space.
