Crossline by Marker Development
CFFA provided capital-lease financing for Crossline, Marker Development’s planned six-story mixed-use development named for the streetcar lines that once crossed Weinland Park.
Consisting of 180 residential units and 5,150 SF ground-floor commercial space the development is at 300 E. 5th Avenue running from 5th Street to 6th Street in Weinland Park. It is expected to be a catalyst for a more vibrant 5th Avenue corridor. The development will include units priced at or below 80% AMI. Amenities will include:
-
Balconies, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryers, and frameless showers.
-
A lounge, gym, yoga room, elevated pool, courtyard, and cold storage.
-
The pet-friendly building will include dog washing stations and bike parking with a repair room.
“We can’t express enough how excited we are to bring this new development to Weinland Park,” said Kirk Marker, president of Marker Development. “The Weinland Park Community Civic Association has welcomed us openly, and we are thrilled to reciprocate with an incredible facility and long-lasting relationship.”
