Grandview Crossing is a mixed-use redevelopment of the former Dublin Road Landfill. The completed project will include 248,800 SF of office, 1,000 apartment units, 108,800 SF of retail, parking garages and a 129-key hotel. A portion of the site is located in The City of Columbus and a portion in Grandview Heights.
