Starling Yard

The Starling Yard Project is a transformative development located at 120 S. Central Ave. in Columbus, Ohio. It combines the adaptive reuse of the historic Starling Middle School with the new construction of two three-story walk-up buildings on a 3.10-acre site.

COMMUNITY INTEGRATION

  • In addition to high-quality housing, the development will feature a community room with a kitchenette, an on-site manager’s office, and 129 on-site parking spaces for residents. Spanning 118,689 square feet, with over 103,000 square feet dedicated to residential space, the project is a collaboration between WODA Cooper Development, Inc. and the Franklinton Development Association.
