Trivium Grove City

Trivium Development secured a PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) loan to finance energy efficient parts of their new build medical office building at 5775 North Meadows Drive in Grove City, Ohio.

For this new-build development, Trivium Development took advantage of PACE financing to fund energy efficient aspects of the construction, including lighting, HVAC, insulation and more. In a multi-tiered capital stack, PACE acted as an off-balance sheet, fixed rate source of financing to help bring the development to fruition.
