TruePointe

This 27-acre, mixed-use development is one of the largest developments in Hilliard’s history. The project will include 360 apartment units, retail spaces, restaurants, a hotel, and other amenities to give the area an urban feel where everything is within walking distance.

COMMUNITY INTEGRATION

  • The TruePointe development will mesh well with existing infrastructure and neighborhoods thanks to previous investments made by the city.
  • Multi-use paths on each side of Truman Boulevard connect to residential areas and allow employees of Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) to walk or bike between the company’s new headquarters and the recently opened R&D Center across I-270.
  • Because ADS is Hilliard’s largest private employer, the TruePointe project will help preserve a big part of the city’s tax base.

  • $26.8 million in special obligation revenue bonds
  • Provided financing for infrastructure improvements including the construction of two large public parking structures
  • Three Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts
