Lynda Grant has been hired to serve as the first Compliance and Administration Officer for Columbus Franklin-County Finance Authority. The newly created position will involve managing Finance Authority documentation, disbursements, reporting, compliance and supporting the administration of the Columbus Regional ESID. “Our programs and projects have unique reporting and compliance requirements, which we take very seriously,” said Authority Vice President Patty Huddle. “Lynda will be responsible for much of that. We’re thrilled to have her join us.”
The CFFA Board and President Jean Carter Ryan had been discussing a staff expansion for several years. “As our volume of work increases, we saw this as the perfect time to add this key capability,” said Ryan.
Grant’s previous work made her an ideal candidate for the new and much-needed role. Prior to CFFA, she worked as a Compliance Specialist for Medical Mutual of Ohio, a role she filled for more than three years. Before that, she held analyst positions at CES LLC and Aetna. She earned her B.S. in Applied Psychology and her M.S. in Business Psychology from Franklin University. Lynda and her husband live in Gahanna.
