Grandview Yard is a 115-acre mixed use development that’s home to commercial businesses, restaurants and urban living spaces, while also offering walkable streets that are surrounded by trees and green space. The Finance Authority was able to help Nationwide Realty Investors with the financing for infrastructure improvements to support the project during phases one and two.
The Finance Authority has issued over $148 million in tax-exempt bonds to support the Grandview Yard mixed use development project to date.
