The Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority provides program support in a variety of ways by:
- Providing Financing long term in the form of revenue bonds for businesses, organizations and governments;
- Holding title or taking ownership of a piece of property and leasing it back to clients; and
- Serving as the public applicant for development projects.
