Despite the continued presence of COVID in the community, 2021 proved to be very productive for the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority. It shows that even in trying times like these, the Columbus Region is remarkably resilient. We’ve never seen as many construction cranes over our skyline as now. And that’s exciting for the future.
In the past year, CFFA was involved in 24 projects representing more than $587.42 million in development financing – double the total for the previous year. We were proud to see activity in all areas we offer, including the Central Ohio Bond Fund, PACE financing for energy-efficiency projects, Neighborhood Improvement & Small Business Loans, and much more.
