NOTICE OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
FOR THE COLUMBUS REGIONAL
ENERGY SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, INC.
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Columbus Regional Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the “District”) will hold a meeting at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 300 Spruce St., Suite 220, Columbus, Ohio.
The purposes of the Board of Directors meeting are to: (1) consider approving supplemental plans for the District; (2) consider authorizing the District to enter into various agreements related to financing the special energy improvement projects described in the supplemental plans; and (3) consider any other business which properly may come before the Board.
