Welcome Leah Ferron to CFFA

When we wished Marcy Altomare farewell last month, we knew it would be hard to fill her shoes as CFFA’s longtime director of operations. We’re happy to announce we’ve found someone up to the challenge: Leah Ferron, who recently took over the role of Director of Administration and Operations.

“Leah has so much experience, she hit the ground running day one,” said Finance Authority President Patty Huddle. “She’s already proven to be a great addition to our team.” Ferron will manage day-to-day business operations, including human resources, contract negotiations, and record keeping, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, stakeholders, board members, and CFFA employees.

Ferron brings a unique combination of business acumen and creativity to the organization. Most recently she served as Director of IT for the Ohio Tenth District Court of Appeals and, prior to that, as a judicial administrative assistant to Judge Jennifer Brunner. “Leah and Marcy hit it right off,” said Huddle. “Marcy left confident the organization is in good hands.”
